The hotel stands out for its incredibly friendly and helpful staff, particularly at the front desk and security, ensuring guests feel welcome and well-cared for throughout their stay. The warm and inviting atmosphere, coupled with top-notch amenities, makes for an unforgettable experience at the heart of Mont Tremblant.

Location's the best in Mont Tremblant. We paid a little more to get one of the newly renovated rooms and got one with a fantastic view of the village and the ski slopes. Every one of the staff members are extremely nice and helful. We didn't get the best weather but it's not the hotel's fault. Check out's at noon but valet and storing of luggage is til midnight so you could maximize your day.

Excellent greetings at all departments especially the comptoir breakfast restaurant , the manager the staff, great valet parking service The first hotel in Canada applies the high standard and etiquette, warm and welcoming staff.. I loved the hotel.. the breakfast, the spa , the pool the housekeeping staff front desk.. thank you for making our stay memorable

The hotel staff were very polite, friendly and accomodating. They answered all our questions and were always willing to help. We were very well recieved. I enjoyed the pools and hot tubs. In all of my travelling years I never had a hotel that recieved my family and I with this kind of compassion and service. I will definitely be returning soon :)
